Getting started:
Drink 6-8 ounces of water just prior to your session and right away after each high heat session. For best results please be using 2x per week and up to 3x per week. Redlight helps with skin tone, elasticity and breaking down of cellulite. Massage feature is great for aiding in lymphatic drainage and ridding the body of toxins more quickly.
