CANCELLATION POLICY Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you! Our treatment providers require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel a service with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours and rescheduled is 25 of the service. Cancellations within 24 hours of a service will be charged 100 of the service. NO SHOWS will be charged 100 of the service. This includes; sickness and emergencies. LATE ARRIVAL We will still render services with the remaining time allotted for the service. You will be responsible for full payment of the service. HEALTH CONDITIONS Please advise us of any health conditions on your form submitted electronically, prior to your service. Pregnant? Please advise us which trimester you are in upon reserving. GRATUITY Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A gratuity of 15 -20 is appropriate and appreciated.
